Evelr Cancellation Policy
Even though host/guest cancellations are uncommon and sometimes uncontrollable, they can cause inconvenience for guests/host and erode trust in our community. Because of this, Evelr reserves the right to charge a fee or take other action if the Host cancels a confirmed reservation or vice-vera. It is firmly held accountable for a cancellation under this Policy. The fees and other penalties outlined in this Policy are meant to cover the expenses incurred by these cancellations as well as the additional effects they have on Evelr Finances, the larger host community, and guests. If a Major Disruptive Event or other legitimate circumstances outside of the Host's control force the cancellation, we will waive the costs and, in limited situations.
Evelr Cancellation Terms and Conditions
Evelr has desgined in a way to provide clear terms and condition for the host/guests to create smooth experience of living. Therefore, before listing any facility to be live, the host shall choose one of the following options for their own cancellation policy, so that Guest must know before booking host facility.
Option 1: Flexible Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation, within 48 hours of booking and 72 hours before check-in would be liable of full refund and no amount will be paid to the host. Cancellation would be applicable to all the guests on the reservation. However, Evelr will provide full refund to the guest excluding service and Banking Charges.
Option 2: Moderate Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation, within 48 hours of booking and 72 hours before check-in would be subject to 15% deduction from the one whoever cancels it and 15% amount will be paid/deducted to the host/guest, if guest cancels it or vice-versa.
Option 3: Strong Cancellation Policy.
Any cancellation, within 48 hours of booking and 72 hours before check-in would be subject to 30% deduction from the one whoever cancels it and 30% amount will be paid/deducted to the host/guest, if guest cancels it or vice-versa.
Option 4: Strict Cancellation Policy.
Any Cancellation made within 24 hours of check-in would be subject to 100% deduction from the guest.
When a Host is found responsible for a cancellation
A Host may be responsible for a cancellation when it occurs because of conditions in the Listing that are grossly and materially different from how the Listing was described at the time of booking. In these cases, the Host will be subject to the fees and other consequences laid out in this Policy, regardless of who initiates the cancellation. Examples may include: double-booking a Listing, substituting another property for the Listing booked by the guest, or gross Listing inaccuracies that materially disrupt a guest stay, like advertising a pool when no pool is available for use by guests
